Led by award-winning chefs Bryan Ogden, Larkin Young and West Seattle resident Chef/GM Christopher Jensen, Vine & Spoon will serve upscale New American cuisine. With a farmer’s market-to-restaurant approach, all dishes will be made with locally-sourced, organic ingredients; meat will be grass-fed, and fish wild-caught. The daily dishes will be carefully crafted for flavor and quality, and provide plenty of options for gluten-free and vegan patrons.
The restaurant boasts an open kitchen, an 18 seat bar, and a large garden patio area for outdoor seasonal dining. The menu includes a full variety of small bites, large sharable plates and a dessert menu to satisfy every sweet tooth. The bar will offer craft cocktails and an extensive selection of wine and local craft beer. The restaurant will be open daily from 11am-12am with happy hour from 3pm-6pm., and brunch service on weekends.
