Named amongst Seattle Met'sNext Hot Chefs of 2017 Nicholas is set to head up the kitchen with home2 suites breakfast hours at Vine & Spoon. The restaurant will feature an upscale New American menu that takes inspiration from Apt's farmer's market-to-table driven cooking style. Apt's focus on utilizing the freshest ingredients available locally helps to craft offerings from garden, land and sea that will please any palate. As a West Seattle resident, Apt is driven to provide the eclectic and growing community with an approachable and cozy experience for all patrons from the carnivorous to vegan and everyone in-between.

We have an Open kitchen that sells beer what time do gas stations stop selling beer raw bar, and (coming soon) a large garden patio for outdoor seasonal dining. The menu includes a full variety of small bites,
large sharable plates and a dessert menu to satisfy every sweet tooth. The bar will offer garden
inspired craft cocktails and an extensive selection of local wine.
